To be honest. I couldn't tell you. It's my other project. My HOA won't let me park it at the pad. It's 60% complete. Needs electrical to be finished. I need time to work on it....which is short of at the moment.

 

tell your hoa to kiss ur *** and that if they persist, you'll fill A short sale on your home and mess up everyone's homes value.

Actually...I had a real estate agent come by as I was changing oil (which I'm not supposed to do...anymore) asking if I was planning on selling. I told her we have an HOA here. She said lots of places do. I said wait till you read the rules, it's anti-family and anti-auto enthusiast. Once you read them you don't want to live here. So basically only "empty nesters" will be allowed here. I don't think she understood what I was saying and just handed me her flyer and said...well if you want to sell let me know. WTF!

Storage places require registration and insurance.. Which is pretty damn annoying for people who want to store project cars.

 

HOA sucks. ever since moving here, i haven't been able to practice drums on my own for 3 years now.

I have a HOA. I just pay the fines when the send them. Usually 25 bucks. I hate them and I voice my opinion at the meetings. They're not fans of me either. But I've gotten the support of all the neighbors so that helps.
