Need some help with exhaust

So I was removing the stock exhaust manifold from my 99 Miata to install a RB 4-1 header and I couldn't get two of the three bolts that hold the exhaust manifold to the front pipe off. I thought I could just pull the manifold and front pipe up through the top of the engine bay and I got the flange for the manifold to front pipe up past the bar right there but now its stuck, it won't go back down or up. I don't know if I can drive the car as is since the exhaust ports would just blow right out into the engine bay, so I don't know if I can drive a few miles to a mechanic to get the bolts drilled out or just cut the pipe. If there is anyone near me in Mission Viejo, CA that has a cutter or a drill/drill bits that can drill the bolts out or cut the exhaust pipe so I can seperate the front pipe since its catching on the transmission please PM me or reply to this thread thanks. Hoping to get this finished up soon since my girlfriend is pissed about not being able to drive her car.

Double check that your muffler bearings have been properly aligned. If so, you should have no problem removing the bolts with a set of tweezers. <--- See who said I wasn't helpful ?
