Need Smog..TEST ONLY
its a 91 n/a fc. sometimes it has popping sounds coming out of the exhaust at idle, sometimes alot sometimes a little. i dont think it will pass smog when this happens. its a test only and need it done by the end of this month, all smog equment is on, 3 cats (looks old) and have cash. in san francisco pls help thanks

Dino has smogged cars that didnt run, cars that have every motor swap you can think of( remember the Pport 20b fiesta?), and even some cars that were impounded!!!Location and condition mean nothing in the eyes of Dr. dino

I, as well, can smog cars. Just PM me all the info on your car including VIN and you will receive the certificate shortly. I love sticking it to the man.

so there's no one in norcal that can do smogs? to smog from the socal guys we only need to give you the info on the car? .. hmm.. meh, i'm a noob so i don't know the process, this process at least
