its a 91 n/a fc. sometimes it has popping sounds coming out of the exhaust at idle, sometimes alot sometimes a little. i dont think it will pass smog when this happens. its a test only and need it done by the end of this month, all smog equment is on, 3 cats (looks old) and have cash. in san francisco pls help thanks

ps im far from a cop, smog inspector, officer, ref, etc.

my friend is planning to pick up a t2 that he says shoots black smoke when shifting. I'm not sure, but yeah a good smog hookup in or around sf would be nice
