yeah I'm guessing she's talking to anders. I'm pretty sure he's on there (although I thought Starbuck was -- which I know is incorrect) The people that I have personally confirmed on the bay ship are: Roslen, Baltar, Sharron (not Athena), Helio, few marines, misc pilots.
If it was Admiral Adama then Hera wouldn't be such a big deal b/c Lee Adama would be the true 1st born cylon baby. This doesn't make any sense due to the big hub bub about Hera as the first of a new generation. Any of the Adama's as cylon theories do not hold water -- only in the most far fetching of plans.
I'm still sticking with Starbuck as an earthean Cylon. Because it's 1) in plain sight and 2) makes the story line function even better: best pilot, hearing earth, new viper after we explicitly saw it implode, the weird connection between Leobin and Kara,.... the list goes on an on. She is a harbenger of death TO THE CYLONS!
