to the OP, get you some nice quality 2nd hand wheels
http://rbwheels.com/
http://zilvia.net/f/wheels-tires/

You can buy new generic wheels, or 2nd hand brand name.. Once on the car, no one will know or care you bought em used.

I'm with him. 17s are perfect for all FCs.

And after viewing all those stretched tire pictures... those look like crap! Why wouldn't you want to get more grip?

Rims-

5Zigen fno1r-C Redline/Time Attack 17X10 with a custom offset (front and back) The size and color combo are rare alone, but I guess thats good since it keeps me from seeing copy cats hahah.

Tires-

Nitto NT-01s 245/45/17 (was 285s but I needed to tuck it) best racing tire I've ever used. Period.

No **** sherlock that's what we have been saying from the start.

What looks good is all in up to the buyer. Quality is up to the maker.

That happened after a hard drive in the mountains. No crash just stress.

Cheap products exist for cheap asses.

I could not be paid to run rotas on any car, even a beat up 87 NA rx7 automatic.

Call me an elitist.

Sportmax is a different casting style or so I hear. Even if they look nice and will break eventually and you can afford another one when it does break it will damage your car when it does break possibly costing you more or totaling your car. All it takes is one fail. Why risk it?

I read up on Konigs as well and they broke the first time the car went off a track into the dirt.

iono I flew into the dirt countless times and all it did was bent my rim slightly..I think sportmaxes are pretty durable..

They are durable and heavy. Just like my man *****. And like I said I heard that sportmax is a different casting style. thus the improved durability.
