Okay so im having trouble removing the bolt on the power steering tensioner, i kinda rounded of the edges because the bolt or nut was on it so tight and yeah i dunno what to do now, is there anyway to remove it? i tried using wd40 still didnt come off, any tips or advice?

 

Did you loosen the nut on the tensioner pulley itself first, or are you talking about the long bolt with the 10mm (?) head?

buy a set of nut/bolt breakers and try not to damage the thread
