Need help with Adjusting tps in torrance

anyone in/or near torrance available this weekend that can help me adjust the tps on my car. i have everything, a better voltmeter would be nice though. i had to pull the throttle body off to change the screws to the propper 7mm instead of the stock crappy phillips head. i think this might be where my problem is since i removed the throttle body, my voltages are all over the place and dont seem to move at all when i open the throttle to wot.

any help would be great. thanks everyone.

Can you drive it to the BBQ tomarrow, if so me and DT could hook it up, or anyone who might be there. That goes to all rex's that show up! If you got problems chances are there is someone at the BBQ that can help you out. BTW Silver TRD hit up trainwreck517, he is going and lives in Torrance too!!!
