Need Help!!

I need some help with my 91 vert. The car is not running due to a cold start all it does is crank but it won't turn over. I've tried jumping the car and put in some more gas. I've gone to rotorwiki and didn't see any disconnections to the AFM or TPS sensors. I need some help from someone who lives in the bay area that might be able to take a look and see what the problem might be before I have to get it towed to Rick's rotary. Please I really need some help here

Sure that it is not just flooded?

Did you do this:

Remember when starting a fuel injected car you should never pump or press the accellerator pedal, but if it won't start it is probably flooded, Hold the accelerator pedal all the way down while cranking, do not pump the pedal. If it still doesn't start after a few tries, Then remove the EGI fuse and crank a couple more times, then re-install the fuse and try starting again. If then the car still fails to start it then you need to remove and clean the spark plugs, put in a teaspoon of ATF or good quality 20W50 motor oil into the lower sparkplug holes, re-install the spark plugs and try again. Make sure you change your oil after you have started and run the car ASAP.

so here goes, pulled out the plugs and cleaned them and i have spark. i have oil, fuel, good battery, and its cranking but it won't turn over so i know the problem isnt from the starter. i tried to deflood it but pulling the egi fuse and it was cranking better than before but its still not running. any suggestions here, i know this is the tech. portion of this forumn but anything would be greatly appreciated.

try pinching the fuel line from the fuel filter to the fuel rail inlet and crank it over, if it tries to start then unclamp it and redo the procedure and you will see what you need to do.

Did you get it to start?
What Icemark gave you will typically work if it is only flooded. My 88 did similar, but I eventually found the MAF failed. Only way I found that out was by swapping one of my friend's into my car. It cranked and ran well with his, however, put mine back in and it wouldn't start.
I know your 91 is more complex than my 88, so this may be nothing you can use.
