I'm searching for someone who owns or operates a bodyshop to see if anyone could come down and do a mobile estimate on the accident damage. I need proof for my case that my car is totalled. Don't have the means of getting it to a bodyshop. Any help is appreciated.

Why would someone who owns a bodyshop come down to tell you your car is a total loss? He won't be fixing it. What is in it for them?

yeah, nobody is going to come down to give you a free estimate, just call around your area.

if you cant, when you get to small claims, I would highly suggest you have some comps from a few sources of what your car is worth.
Get 5, take the average, and tell the judge that's what your car is worth.
