damn fukin ********.. I hate theieves too!!! My matrix got stolen like last month, but I had lojack , cops found it in 3 hours and caught the guy and the week before, some ppl tried to jack my rims on my rx7 fc, but I had wheel locks on, so when i drove to work on of my wheels was all loose and tehn my wheel flew off!! The wheel lock ripped off one of the studs, and iwas like shiittt.. Iwas going like 30 mph when mywheel just flew out.....Then iremebered last night my alarm went off three times in arow...Dood theirs alot of thieves in socal. I HATE EEMMMM

fcs are easy to break into.. the door locks can be opened with aflat head screwdriver, or any key pretyy much..and the ignition, just use any old mazda key.. I know this, cuz I locked myself out before, and itwas easy to get in...

 

What are the best alarms out there? There has to be a way to slow this down. What will it take? A rotary owner royally screwing a thief on video?

ask honda guys the lengths they go to prevent theft. relocating the hood release cable, removing door lock arms and using actuators etc. if they really want your car theyll get it.

yeah, some ppl I knew had their civic stolen. 5 days later, it's on blocks in SF. Damn thieves.

 

alot of people come out of town to SF to steal hondas and they end up in oakland

 

well, when i had my old 240, i had a viper alarm on it and it would go off if a bird even landed on my hood... and the remote is good for up to a mile it shows you which door there entering in, shock sensors gps etc etc its a good investment.

 

pager alarms are nice but the range is greatly affected if you have any buildings in the way.

 

look up craigslist to see if some one is selling parts there that how we found my friends car

Yes Derick, they are eaiser to break into. I wouldnt say eaiser than a 1st gen thou. I've locked myself out plenty a times and had no problem getting in, as far as the ignition I've left the keys in soo. BUT if I haden't its as easy as a dent puller and....

I really apprecite the help and advice. Still now word so I've pretty much given up. I'm gonna wait and see if i find it at the junkyard and hopefully buy back the shell. I got an s5 shell for free today through a friend I helped a while back so thats good but in case you havent seen my newest post HIS fc got stolen. this is all BULLSHIT!!!
