I feel your pain, my old integra got broken into 3 times in the three years I lived in one place (oh, and two of those times was around the holidays, it's NOT a coincidence... they pounce during the holiday time). Thx Joel. I'm not gonna even contact my insurance again. They are NO help. Instead I'm gonna set my sights on the management co. They are responsible for the upkeep of the building which includes gates, cameras, and misc. The first night the gate broke, someone broke in so I hold them accountable. I at least would like 1/2 of the value of the items paid to me. We'll see...
