Moving to San diego/ Help wanted
Whats up everybody. I have relocated my work to La jolla, Wondering if there are any decent apartments/homes around the surrounding area or even close city's around 15-30 min away. I am not looking for high monthly rates nor a fancy beach home, But a non ghetto area. I have two kids and dont need the drama, if you know what i mean.
Please let me know where the good area's are. This will help me out allot. Thanks in advance . Cant wait to see/meet some SD rx7 owners soon.
I am also Hiring drivers/helpers for my warehouse for home Delivery/Logistics in La jolla. And also warehouse personal and office personal. I need people ASAP!
If intrested PMME for info.. MUST HAVE GOOD DRIVING RECORD.

La Jolla is just plain expensive.......If you want cheap rent you have to move east....I'll lived in four different places in San Diego and the expensive places aren't even that nice all you pay for is the location.

University City or Clairemont, Kearny Mesa or Tierra Santa. All for are within reach of the 52. A 15 minute commute can easily become 30, and 30 turns into an hour in San Diego, just add a little rain.

I rented an apt at Torrey Villas right near 5 & 56 for a year till they got bought by Irvine and rent went up $400/month. I now rent a 3 bedroom house a little further inland (for less than TVillas).
There is plenty of availability around. Look for stuff in the cities of La Jolla and Del Mar or the neighborhoods of Carmel Valley, Sorrento Valley, UTC, etc. Its all pretty good around that general vicinity and beyond but it all depends what you are looking for and budget.

Also i noticed you are looking for a cluster. I have a S5 Jdm TII cluster if you want it.

Actually I JUST came back from la jolla. Although the 5 is somewhat congested near the Del Mar Heights exit and northward after 5:00pm, you can take the 56 Local bypass, which then merges back onto the 5 (a lot of people don't know about this, so they stay stuck in stop-and-go traffic on the 5) right before the Del Mar Heights exit. If you get an apartment in carmel valley/del mar, you can also just get off the 56 right away and go local. It took me maybe 15-20mins to get back from la jolla, and today it was more congested than usual.
