so now instead of just a fuel pump, i need new engine harness ($800), new set of HKS spark plugs ($140), and the rebuilding/replacing of my primary injectors (hopefully the secondaries are okay, but its still gonna cost anywhere from $200-500)...all this added onto the $350 i already paid for the damn R34 fuel pump.

well, there goes all the money i've been saving for a new set of wheels (was supposed to be my hannukah present)

If my work schedule isnt gay, ill show up in the ghetto beater infinity and burn that thing out, but i miss my car and am pissed at it at the same time.

the only good thing came out of this is that i got a compression test for free, and that is in the clear! (i dont know how my motor has survived all this bullshit
Why dont you just run stock ngk plugs, i doubt the hks make that big of a difference for the pricing, a new harness? your joking right? you can get a microtech or haltech roughly in that range, used ones are always fs. All four of my injectors cost about 60 bucks to be rebuilt and cleaned from witchhunter, so no its not going to cost that much unless you like wasting money.

this is the harness, dont think anyone but mazda makes em.

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/BRAND...spagenameZWDVW

edit: when i posted this it was at $750...so 800 for a harness from mazda doesnt sound unreasonable

He never said nothing, as a matter fact: last meet we had all pulled away from that parking lot fast, went around to a mexican place and all drifted on beach blvd on the u turn. Now about you drifting: cool! I am into it too. You drift one way I do another. I didn't do 8's but like I said I do apologize for you new people there. Of course it was shock too see me do this, it was not a nice welcome to you guys. The guy in the green car, I remember seeing your car at the Torrance meet and talking to you about your rollbar. Well the same guy that did your roll bar has 3 of our car over there getting done and mine is next."

Taking Her Sideways: Your posts are always good and informative, but hard to read!! So Cisco: You teach me to drift, i help you with your postings. We got a deal?
LMFAO!!!
420, thanks for the interpretation!! Cisco, i forgive u, it's water under the bridge... i'm just not down with parking lot madness.... too many cars around, and no matter how good people "say" you are, i haven't seen u on the podium at formula D or D1, so you're not a pro, YET!... now if Rhys or Kaguchi were out there spinning around, i'd go out and be a cone for them... cuz they are pros... you are right, we do have our different spots to mess around, maybe sometime you can come out with me and some friends to a spot we go sliding... that's not at the track, but it's also not a parking lot... more of an industrial area with 3 lane streets, wide enough for manji, and connecting a couple corners... i've been where u are, sliding around wherever, but i learn'd there's too many factors you have to worry about, which you're probably not worrying about... which there in lies the problem... one mistake and it's not only your car, but someone elses... it's just not worth it... that's cool u guys are getting your cages done at performance specialties, matt does really good work, and i'm more than happy with my cage, as i'm sure you'll be too... well i'm glad this is all behind us, i look forward to seeing u guys at the next meet, and definately on better terms!! there's a driftday on the 21st if you guys are interested lmk... and if u want i can keepu guys posted on all the amature events coming up... just lmk....

seems to be everything is back on track!
hey everyone, just for heads up there is meet tonight, 8pm at autobacs

now here is what i have to say
hey cisco, i thank you for what u did on the forum. Its how people talk to each
other. anyways, i think i was just a little uncomfortable with ur parking lot drifts, but yeah that night it was cool and i was totally cool with it cuz everyone at the meet was everybody i knew, and all of us love to screw around.. it was only 7 cars!, anyways that said yeah we have our fun moments but i think we all agree this meet is moving up to next level and im just trying to organize it as a more of safer environment, i still love ur car, ur drifting is still badass, and u are still a very nice cool guy. i can say same thing about justin. Its just that we all realize that we are part of this "big" meet now, and now it has to have some rules, and nothing stupid, just rules for everyone to feel a little safer, to enjoy the meet much better. im not just picking on u cisco, i will prevent anybody from doing stupid **** from the lot now. but i think the revving were ok, don't harm nobody to spit some fire, i'd just like it to not last longer than 10sec or something, cuz there are residential condos RIGHT BEHIND AUTOBACS, im guessing atleast 100 houses.... reason im getting nervous is that

AUTOBACS IS EASY PLACE TO ATTRACT HEAT FROM COPS

i do not want out meets to be shut down by cops everyfriday, them knowing we will be there at 8... it happens to this cerritos meet i go to (hondatech) and its really ******* gay!. 4cars and the sheriff will roll in and tell us to go home. i think no body around here wants that to our sweet sweet rotary only meet

with that said, im just trying to keep cops away from us, and have a safe fun meet for everyone, nothing more nothing less. i DO NOT HATE anyone that comes to my meet and it can easily stay that way, long as people do their actions with some common sense. Everything that has happened at the autobacs is behind us now. We havent attracted cops and i want it to stay this way. If u want to rev ur engine, plz do it under my supervision, so i can make sure u dont do it too long.

anyways, i think everyone here would agree with what i have just said. i hope to see all the people AGAIn at autobacs, i hope this incident have not upsetted anyone. that would just suck.

off topic, im sorry about ur car bryan, and andrewdruiz is a very good mechanic, one of the best rotary mechanic i know. he is only 18 so he knows how to save budget working on rotaries also. good advices are given from him.

Man all this talk about drifting makes me want to go drift to bad my kar has no engine. BTW I was the guy that kame up to you when you were leaving and I told you how green is my favorite color and I how I like the way you kar looks. I remember seeing your kar in the pits at D1, did you get a D1 license?

ah, right on, thanks again!

naw, i didn't get it this time around, but i'll keep trying.... i ended up finishing 16/31 in the drivers search... i guess not too bad since i've only been drifting for 5 months... well drifting in a car that can actually drift a big track... i did beat out casper (nitto formula D driver) in his s14 and a bunch of other people... so anyway i'll keep trying to advance my skills and see what i can do next time around..... i'll be at the formula D qualifier on the 14th competing for my formula D license... so we'll see what happens with that... i'm not sure if i have enough power yet, so i'll just have to concentrate on my line and angle...

Supervision? What is up with that? You need to be reminded to host and you want to supervise?

Either way: The fireball/rev deal is part of having (and enjoying) a 7, and that is exactly why the cops come, the noise. Cisco's antics (while not entirely intelligent) was not the cause of the cops coming! Which is exactlywhat an Autobac employee told us before Cisco ever even got into his car "the neighbors call the cops for noise complaints", and he gave us an example: "cops came becasue someone was bumping the bass - so expect them if you make all that noise".

I think James is jumping on whichever wagon is more widely accepted, and his POV changes like my panties.

custom built will cost you some money I thought about it once but the guy told me he was going to have to see my old one, but i ended up not needing it. I didn't know the back of the driveshaft was different on S4 & S5

i have a 90 gxl that has 88 jspec swap. Na manuels were different then t2's. The t2 driveshaft is longer cuz the trannys shorter. the only thing that kinda works is the auto driveshfat....which is what i had, but its all fucked up now.
