I'll be there....just finished registering/paying for both days. All the extra track time this year is going to be nice.
Those of you that have never been there.... you are in for a treat.
I was just there last week and have a 6min video (65mb) if anyone wants to host it. It's nothing special, just enough to get exicted for the upcoming event.

Strong possibility is that the window of getting my car done, and the event, is closing fast... At this point if NOTHING goes wrong, I'll make it with 2-3 days to spare once I get back from TX....

It's too close...

Hey Bernie, how do I sell my slot ?? I don't have physical tickets in my hand....

Derek, please contact Chris at REDLINE for direction on trying to get a refund or selling your spot. Sorry to hear your car might not be ready.

Only about 20 track spots left for Sunday! Saturday is pretty much sold out, but you still have a chance to get in on Sunday, the main Mazda day!! Don't miss out... don't say I didn't warn you!

Cheers,

I am registered for both days. My car is motivated by 2002 ZO6 engine. Do i need to get rid of my tickets? If they wont let me run on the track sunday theres little point in me being there.

Aldo, I spoke to the REDLINE folks and they will be contacting you. I still hope that you consider coming out to run on Saturday. If you look earlier in this string, I stated the V8 powered or hybrid type Mazdas would be allowed to run on Saturday only. We are not trying to exclude or hate on anyone, but Sunday was set aside for Mazdas, powered by Mazda engines... I'm sorry if this caused you any inconvenience, and I really hope you still decide to come out and run on Saturday, and hang with us on Sunday.

I hope you still come at least for Saturday. Sounds like a sweet ride! I'd like to check it out... maybe you'll take me for a few laps?

Thats weak, they should let all Mazda's run. Last year they had a mustang team (4 stangs) running in all groups. Whats the big deal? At least it's a Mazda, well, most of it.

That's exactly the point! There was a lot of complaints on the Mustangs and Ford Foci that were running, from many sides. It was NOT supposed to happen, but it did... and this year, it was agreed it would not. This is why this year we made a special effort to add a second day, so we could share the weekend with everyone... last year it was a single day event, but this year we've opened it up so anyone can come run on Saturday!

I was un-aware of this regulation, and I registered for Sunday, I guess you won't have to worry about it, now Since I can't attend anywho.... / how...

But this should have been more clearly stated during the ticket buying process...

I'm sorry the 50% rotary cheapass discount for new mechandise has been indefinitely suspended @ the Crosby Shop !

I can get my $$ back @ redline, or I can sell it to someone that didn't pay attention, and wants to go and is willing to pay a minor increase for me to transfer the ticket to them. PM - Away !

I will be leaving friday night from Torrance.. around 8pm ish..

Also if anyone has a trailer I could rent.. Thinking of towing the car out there incase something breakes.. but don't like those U-haul units as there all beat up already.

Berny, Is there any news on getting a group discount at the buttonwillow INN?
