Look. What you need is factory bushings. Who ever will give you the best price on factory shifter bushings, that's where you should go. Just make sure you get the white one for the lower and blue one for the upper. Mazdatrix knows this, but many dealers surprisingly don't. If for that reason alone, Mazdatrix is a fair choice.
Personally, Mazdatrix is the first place I look for any RX7 parts. For instance, they seem to have access to factory parts my regular dealer supplier can't get. More over, they are probably the best all around source for most anything you might want for your RX7 when it comes to availability and competitive prices. Not always the lowest prices, but alway competitive. I challenge anyone to find a RX7 specific parts supply house as comprehensive as they are. Sometimes their opinions may contrare with some forum members, but it doesn't change the value they bring to the RX7 community.
Now, direct to your request, for factory parts my choice is Mr. RC at Clippenger Mazda in West Covina. http://www.clippingermazda.com/. Much more local to me, and prices as good and many times a bit lower than Mazdatrix for factory parts.

"81-95 Inner Boot on shift lever (Bolts to trans tower) Comes with new gasket"
Last I heard you have to drop the trans to replace the spring.
