Is there a good shop in socal that can repair a koyo alum radiator? a screw went though mine and its is leaking quite a bit.

 

Why not just take it to any radiator shop?

For future reference to those that choose to benefit from the search function.

Most radiator shops won't work on Aluminum. Learned this myself when I recently picked up a slightly damaged (filler neck needed replacement) Koyo on the gamble I could get it fixed. I'm in Chino Hills, so have numberous Radiator Shops around me from Walnut to Pomona to Chino. Thought getting a place to fix it would be as easy as a walk in the park. Nope, none I could find locally would work on Aluminum.

Finally I was refered by G&J Aircraft and Competition

(a great place to get some custom oil lines made up as well as every nut and bolt you can imagine including the every elusive EGT Bung for a downpipe)
