Fog is more awesome. No puddles and it disperses more evenly on the streets.

Excuse me? She drives my old Scion Tc now. She wants to get a 350z and is looking at the APS single turbo kit or the turbonetics. She also likes the new WRX. She's always had Z's but she doesn't like the new 370z.

Why would I post a picture of my mother on the internet?

Of course when she finally gets a new car and modifies it..there will be plenty of shots with us together. She's not like Stephen Ruiz's (Stop-Tech driver & my best friend) mom..she doesn't like cars at all hahaha

This last rain seems to have knocked down all the burnt-coyote stank from the state park at last... can finally work in the garage without coming inside smelling like I was stoking a smoker.

when she gets back from San Bernadino on friday.. I'll take a vid of her doing a 2nd gear pull in my FD. hah... like I said she's debating which way to go..WRX or Z. She'll have a blackneck brace on..cause a kid ran into her while she was driving the Tc off La Cienaga.

I like how this transferred from me getting hassled and my hood popped in a parking lot off Skypark by Torrance Crossroads...to... oh.. we wanna see your mom.
My moms not a milf.

By the way.. no vids of the FD posted yet..but my youtube channel if anyone wants to check it out. Punk Rock & Street Racing...some random tour footage from a few years ago too. www.youtube.com/diyordie

Looks like CalTrans is going to close Carbon Canyon now, before the hills slide.

Good luck up there Hozzman, and any other people trying to get home up there tonight.

The City of Chino Hills received notice at 8:30 a.m. that Caltrans is en route to close Carbon Canyon Road at the Orange County side due to concerns about landslides.

Well, lets see. So far this year I've had a major earth quake centered right under my house, been evacuated for out of control brush fire, now this understandable concern about mud slides and flooding.

What's next?

I was expecting a road closure for the reasons stated. It's pretty barren on the hills on the OC side in the canyon. I tried to Google something up on this , but all that showed was old notices about the fire itself. Where did you find that notice?

Regardless, I recommend anyone that has to drive near any of the burn areas home that can leave work early today do it. I heard that the 57 Frwy was closed earlier today for a short while for this same reason.

The City of Chino Hills website has an e-mail service you can sign up for, that auto-mails out road closure and emergency info. Was a godsend during the fires, as the press didn't provide any useful coverage.

http://www.chinohills.org/list.asp is the signup page.

Good advice, for sure.
