Sounds awesome. This should be my last meet as an RX7 owner for a while.

Hi All,

I just spoke with the service director at Hayward Mazda (finally!). It's been tough getting in touch with him recently because he was off for several days on vacation attending the SJ Grand Prix and other activities.

The dates for this event are likely to move! Please watch this space for updates soon. All I can say right now is he has been busy working on some amazing stuff for us! Some of that includes:

- Enthusiast Profiles -- something that will identify us as special "enthusiast" guests of the dealership that we can use both to display info on our cars at the meet as well as return visits to the dealership.

- Special Discounts -- discounts on parts and services for attendees!

- Mazda sponsorship -- Mazda is going to be directly involved in this meet to reach out to and support the enthusiast community! More details to follow.

- Special cars and guests

I'm really excited about what he told me is in progess. It's just taking him alot of time to get people to commit to schedules and have everything in place. I should be hearing more soon. So for now, don't plan on the 12th or 13th...I will post new info as soon as everything is locked in.

Thanks for your continued interest and I know this will be a major event not to be missed!

-Jeff

Yes, 90% likely after the 12th or 13th...unless miraculously Mazda comes through and settles everything by Monday (highly unlikely).
