Interest in a torrance/carson meet?

looking at this i only see 10 cars plus me and a buddy... i want the first meet atleast 20 to 30 cars deep. yess suuur ... yeah that would be nice but unrealistic ... i really dont care but having more people makes the meet fun and if you guys have fun you'll show up the next time around...

i got a school buddy from back in the day who has a red wingless FD but not sure if he's on the forum. he goes by the name Justin.
then there's that weird yellow S4 FC that i randomly see around here with a giant DoRiFto wing and a funky body kit along with it's gold-like meshies.
there's also a brown GXL S4 that's beat up, sometimes see it parked along Main ST in between Torrance Blvd & 213th ST.
if you can find a way for them to join us, i guess that'd be nice.

but then again, that's only carson. you still gotta add the dudes up in torrance, san pedro, gardena, etc. however far you're willing to draw the line. that oughta meet the quota if anything.

to be honest 13b cookie monster....just have it and whoever shows up shows up.
it is like planning any event. You can and never will please everyone. Even if it is literally you and 3 friends...having coffee..so what? Hopefully if you are consistent and word of mouth spreads it may grow.
I have organized a few meets here and there..and I find if I have a "core" group of people...5 or so...we just have it. People are lazy by nature...no one wants to commit now. But if we know its happening..and we are free or have nothing to do that evening they may show up. Especially if this is LOCAL to you...so its not a headache or a heartbreak if no one shows up.
The Costco meet is about 15-20 mins away from me. So...if I go and no ones there...I grab a coffee and head home. You know what I mean? Just confirm the date and time...and be there...dont flake on your own meet..thats the golden rule. Also...there may be lurkers on here that dont post..or people that see the meet and are not part of the forum that may show up. never know...like NIKE...Just Do It.

thank you asian image... nicely put. we'll see how this works out and I'll commit... but i was hoping after the new year because i'll be out of town next week... but im just the guy developing interest in this and worse come to worst i meet new friends who have the same hate/passion/interest in our rotary machines... mostly the passion but hate when it runs rough

amen to setting a day and time! i know like 3 peeps in torrance that are down. plus if any of the other rotor heads are bored they might drive to our meet from other cities who knows. just dooooo it.
