Saw an incredible hulk green FD today on the 10W @ 12:15 PM in carpool lane. Had a black rear bumper and a missing driver's headlight cover. Tan interior and two passengers. Anyone know this guy?

I dont know the owner but too bad he is a MAJOR tard. He showed up at RR&R wanting to push ATLEAST 20 psi boost. When cornering him on how much power he wanted (not boost #) he stated around 350.......he didnt seem to understand it would only take 11-12 psi to pull those numbers.........LOL
