good god..do you know what you just did?...get a t2 drivetrain swap..or a n/a lsd..dont weld it that is the dumbest thing you can do. lsd's are not that hard to find here.

welded diffs are great for drifting but you'll do fine with a stock lsd. because if its your daily its gonna make a **** load of noise and its going to suck driving.

nah, just clutch kick every turn and you'll never hear a skip, crunch, pop, or clunk. but you'll probably see more red and blue lights in your rearview mirror.

if it was a weekend car i'd say weld the bitch and call it good but for a daily driver you'll want the LSD, just more practiacal and less head ache. it gets old after awhile. skip, crunch, pop, clunk, *****, bang, thump, tick, crack, click and smack.

You've got to be kidding me.

You'd want a clutch type LSD for drifting btw, grasshopper.

welded daily is ok.. Id perfer 2way lsd like I had on my old s13 i had a nismo unit, clunk clunk clunk when you do slow turns.. thats usually a $700+ aftermarket diff though

Welded in FC, feels very simular and cheap. tires skip. Daily driven.. perfer the 2way, but this will do for now til later one i come up with lsd money.. 2 way lsd is more maintenance. Don't listen to people who dont have experience with welded

don't be a *****, weld it. If you wanna get a diff later, then go for it but its not like s chassic cars where 2 ways go for $400 on zilvia all day. Aftermarket diffs on here are few and far between so be ready to drop $700-1000.

I had a welded diff on my first FC, I wouldn't suggest it if it's for a daily driver. Just fork out the $700-800 and get a 2 way or 1.5 (depending on your preference) or find a used rear-end with a stock LSD if you're on a budget.

LOL...the best thing about a welded diff, is trying to push the car and turn it at the same time...my buddy had a AE86 in his shop that had a welded diff and it took 3 people to move that thing with the wheels turned...comedy I tell ya

****** ****** worrying about noises comming from your welded diff. its better and cheaper than a 2way...its just like having coilovers sometimes you just gotta sacrifice a good smooth ride. I say go for the welded diff.

If you do decided to get the spiders welded, make sure you do a GOOD job. Nasty things happen when that spool breaks.
