Yep after 2 years in San Diego, the wife and I are packing up and moving up north.

We're heading up this weekend to check out rental houses in Palo Alto, Menlo Park and Redwood City as its reasonably close to the new job. Hopefully we find something in the next couple of weeks.

Any other neighborhoods we should consider around there?

I look forward to meeting some new Nor Cal RX7 owners in the coming months. Especially if you are hitting the local tracks!

nice, hope to see ya around. shoot everything is expensive in the bay area, ur new job better be paying some good money to move out here.

 

When are you leaving Al? We'll have to get some beer before you leave.

 

Yeah, it is a bit more expensive but there are some better job prospects (and higher salaries) up there for me and the wife. Hopefully, it should balance out. If I move further away from that area, then we spend more money commuting and less on rent so it balances out again.

Gene - probably leaving end of May. I'm always down for some beers!
