I feel no sympathy for the drivers, but do for the passengers....and the unborn baby would probably have a shitty upbringing if its mom is racing while pregnant...shows just how smart she was.

Sounds like Darwin put a stop to their ignorant bloodline in one shot. That might save a decent citizen from getting hurt in the long run....who knows!

I have to agree....with what was said above. I feel kinda connected to this as that stretch of colorado is "home" to me. I friggin grew up around that area and going to Tommy's and Pete's blue chip and cruising that strip and yes...even being stupid and doing some burnouts on that street.

Man it gets me so mad to read this...I am sad people died may they RIP BUT...give me an effing break...WHY THE HECK ARE YOU RACING WITH A PREGGERS CHICK AND A KID IN YOUR POS MAXIMA! God help these people. Are you kidding me? They were not in a Porsche or a BMW M5 not like it matters...I guarantee you it was a pos grocery getter and some idiot let his ego get him. Racing what? Another POS Eclipse? ugh...give me a break.

and lastly I hate stupid news people that tweak the news. quoting some IDIOT that has lived there a whole TWO years. oh wow..your an expert on Colorado blvd after living there for 2 years? Try driving that street for over 15 years...and living in the area for over 25 years...get out of here....that street is NOT A KNOWN RACE STRIP! OMG...they try to make that stretch seem like some race track...it is NOT. Yes people drive faster than normal...but hey it is a nice wide street and people drive like that on ANY WIDE street. People who street race and know the area know for sure, that NO ONE races for reals on that street. It is stupid...to paint that stretch as some dangerous race spot. OMG...so stupid.

Wow, you people really need to sit back and reason for a minute before believing everything you read...

FYI: The three people who died were my cousins. Christin, Toni Marie, and Andrew...RIP.

Oh and...they weren't street racing.

Andrew (one of the two survivors) passed away today in the hospital; he didn't make it through the surgery.... he is the one who was severed at the hips.

Now the only survivor is the father/husband of the driver.....and he wishes he weren't.

Once again, they weren't street racing, the media jumps to conclusions immediately because it gets attention. They were coming home from shopping for school clothing/supplies at the glendale galleria!

You should all read the updates, the cops retracted their "street racing" statements.... so get off the bandwagon already.

I am sorry for your cousins..but again, not trying to disrespect but how are THREE people DEAD...and one guy was "severed" at the hips if they were just cruising home from the mall? Something does not ring right. They may not of been racing in true definition, but how fast do you have to go to kill 3 people?

Again sorry for your loss. It was a waste..a complete waste.

Police said Shnayder remained at the scene and attempted to render aid
to the Nissan's occupants and that "there is no indication that Shnayder was impaired by drugs or alcohol."

Shnayder was arrested and booked on suspicion of murder.

************************* Where's the due process? Eyewitness accounts? Murder carries $1million bail.. uh ooo.. This gentlemen needs to retain legal counsel QUICK.
