When an officer gives you a fix it ticket to make your car street legal they will tell you exactly and have you bring it to an officer to inspect it. If not, and the officer feels your car is just not street legal he could've just had it impounded. Get the specifics first you might not need to change everything, you might just need to make it look legit.

That's not even that bad but upgraded IC, intake, smog pump is gone, pulley, and upgraded IC pipes. To us, these upgrades enhances reliability while providing a slight increase in performance but to the cops it's a 'smoking gun' unless these are CARB certified parts.

Everything is easy to put back together except for the smog pump. The belt could be tedious. If you have the cash, just pay the fine.

Suggestion: Paint them shiny parts black. It could only help
