I dont work close to Farmer Johns... Im between Alameda and Santa Fe a mile south of the interchange. I drive through Vernon to bypass that nasty interchange.

no point in 'car tuning' right now since priorities have shifted. i think it's just a waste of $$$. when the real $$$ comes rolling in, then i'll join all you rankers once again. it's just like any other phase; phase-in phase out, then back in.
as simple as this sound, what's the point of having a nice car if you're just broke all the time. like series7 said (another capt. obvious truth that a lot of people know, but do not practice), you gotta save for the rainy days.

Why didn't you buy a brand new (not reman) engine instead of a rebuild? ...did you go single? I have twin parts left over in my garage (heat coated turbo manifold, HKS DP, shoelds, 2k mi FPR, etc). I would have taken the money, sold the rolling chassis and bought a new blue 350Z roadster instead.
