How dark to tint Rear Window?

Ok first before anyone says anything, I am not tinting my side windows as im sure we all know in California is illegal and I already got a ticket for it and had to remove it .
I need to tint my rear window, because the old tint is purple, bubbling up, and peeling off.

What I am looking for, is a tint that will not allow anybody too see into the rear window from the outside, but from the inside I can still back up at night with not TOO much trouble. Im thinking either 15% or 20% does anybody have any ideas, pics, or experience with this?

I think you should do about 20% Mine are 15% and let me tell you its hard as hell backing up at night. It looks great though. The FC hatch looks great with a dark tint. I actually have my front windows at 20% but as soon as I see cops, I roll put the window down immediately, I dont care if its pouring outside LOL

Here is what my car looks like:

35% is the law in California. I've never had a problem with my 20% back window, but for the fronts 35% is about how dark you can go before getting 'noticed" by the man.

I'd get the 10th AE tint, and one of those hatch cover things that this guy ditched out on selling me

I have about 25% on my rear hatch, it's just light enough so I can see when I back up at night.

I really like the way the 15% looks. My side windows arnt tinted, so hopefully it'll be easier if I roll the window down at night when I back up so I can stick my head out to see, if the back is too dark. Thanks for the pics!

let me clarify,..............
Krylon spray can withstand high temp heat. for example , the HOT sun during summer.
..................its cheap , easy and good.
