Talking Helping hand

What's up guys, so I purchased my first FD with the intention of building our next race car. Problem is, in order to register a car in CA from a different state there are strict guidelines.

I'm putting this roller together & if anybody around the glendale/burbank/pasadena area is willing to help I am willing to offer beer, beer, snacks & more beer.

You must be skilled in FD's & have a knowledge of the wiring harness & the various parts of the FD. I have most of it down & no room at the shop for this thing until we're ready to transplant the engine, trans, & driveshaft.

Here's the link to the build so far.

Email me or pm me if interested in helping, when the engine drops in I am willing to pay an hourly rate for a certified tech to get the wiring done.

Thanks,

Arin

Nice. Would love to help ya, but only if you want to put a v8 in it hehe Good luck on the build, what are the goals for the car in terms of performance/hp/weight/etc.? Were you going for specific lap times on a certain course? What is the engine/drivetrain setup, 2 rotor single turbo?

Good luck on the build, FDs are so much fun

EDIT: just looked at yer pics. I LOVE that color, it's beautiful.

In order to register it, I have to smog it with the 13B. I would love to have a LS6, or even a 2JZ-GTE in this thing. I was originally going to build it as a shop car but my plans sort of changed when I realized in order to register it I have to have OEM parts on here.

I might still build a monster but I'll have to take apart the interior again for a nice cage. The engine/drivetrain will be a 2 rotor, with JDM trans. After I smog it and get it registered, I might just get ceramic apex seals & get the coolant passages done up. As far as boost, a BW is in the works.

I will post more pictures in the flickr account and there's also a link in our facebook account.
