HELP! leaking oil

i have a 88 fc non turbo. i think its leaking oil. i checked the oil level before i started the car and it was perfect. and then when i started it and let it warm up i looked under the car and i saw oil on the ground. i dont know where its coming from but i saw where its dripping from. i saw it dripping from the oil pan gasket. but im still not sure. i let it warm up a couple of times already and oil was still leaking but when i checked the oil the second day its still perfect, the same level as before when it was still cold. i was thinking that it was the old oil on the side of the engine that got stuck there everytime an oil change is done and when i let it warm up it started dripping coz it drips from the dipstick/oil filter/oil cap area. can u guys please help me out and give me some advice of what i should do to see where its coming from?

and after i warm up the car, i take the oil cap off and see water inside the cap but when i checked the dipstick, its not even milky. theres no sign of water at all. what is that supposed to mean?

Replace your oil with 3-4 quarts of warm cake icing, preferably white. Start your car. Wherever you see the cake icing coming from is where your oil leak is. Bring a spoon and enjoy!

like they say "you get what you pay for." im sure you will be paying what you would normally pay for the car. if that makes sence at all.

youd wouldnt notice your oil level changing if youve only got a small leak and you check your oil over a short period of time
