Help installing a Charge Control Actuator on my FD

Thanks to help on the forums we found my boost issue. So my new CCA finally came in. I just have no idea how to install it. If anyone local could help in anyway it'd be greatly appreciated.

did you buy it with half of the y-pipe attached to it, or just the actuator?
