Help with HeadSpeaker Wiring?

I want these headspeakers on my convertible to work. But they arent, so any trouble shooting ideas?
theyre all hooked up but still nothing, i have an aftermarket radio is that the problem?

The easiest way is this:
You'll need to run the rear pre-amp outputs to where the stock headrest amp is mounted. Connect to an aftermarket amp. Then connect the left and right output from the amp to the left and right speakers in each headrest.
You'll loose use headrest speaker control in the center console. So you might want to replace it with a coupe one. You'll be using the fader on your aftermarket head unit to control the volume to the headrest speakers..
The wiring diagram in the FSM, or some of the archive threads on this subject, will guide you to which wire goes where.
