CA HELP!!!!! In the bay area, CALIFORNIA

I Just put a motor in my car and cant get it to start. Is there anyone out there that can help me or refer me to a good rotary mechanic that isnt gonna rape my wallet and spend a year diagnosing and/or fixing my problem.

All i need is help not b.s. advice which turns this thread into another piece of straw in a haystack.
Thanks in advance.

I'm curious as to what it is doing besides not starting. Is the starter turning over? Does it have fuel? Spark? Check all the connections again and make sure everything is hooked up.

It's got spark. Fuel pump was just replaced and does flow fuel, but i am now unsure as to if i got the lines right. It is a usdm motor, s4. And the starter does work. I have been messing with the crank angle sensor and i belive i have that lined up correctley. Hope this helps, cuz i really need the help.

Tried Crossing Them A Bunch Of Times. Still The Same Result. I Was Told That The Main Hose To The Air Pump Has To Be Rerouted And Not Plugged. This Is If You Have Removed The Air Pump.
True Or False?!

yeah. it does nothing but, crank and occasionally pop. I talked to mister mazda and he gave me a procedure that i am now calling "The Resurection Ceremony". I will be taking his advice as to unflooding my motor and checking to make sure the sensor on the back of my thermostat is not broken or in any other conditon.

if it's flooded you can push down the gas pedal all the way b/c it has an anti-flood thing if you full throttle on startup

That is S5 only for throttle fuel cut.
S4 you will need to remove the EGI fuse.

Damm KooNeON, sorry I have been busy lately hit me up!

Where in Berkeley are you?

You're in my neighborhood.

A few things come to mind. 1) flooded motor. 2) CAS is 180 degs backwards or timing off. 3) fuel lines crossed. 4) major vacuum leak. 5) AFM not connected. 6) motor is bad.
