Help ASAP around Nellis AFB/Las Vegas

Looking for someone who can help me out. My starter is either shot or frozen. Either way, I can't start it and can't go anywhere. *Click*click*Nothing.

Is there anyone on base that has another starter and can help me switch them out, or any advice on remedying the given situation. Thought about push starting but I've never done that before.

Car's an 89 TII, for reference.

Thanks.

ck the voltage on the wire that goes to the starter { the big wire is 12 v and the little wire is the solenoid} ck the the voltage on the soleniod wire when you start should be 10 - 12 v. if this wire does not have enough voltage do *click * click. this problem you install a relay and ready to go.

Hmm...good idea. But I'll try that in the morning. If that doesn't work, then hey, I get to stay in Vegas for a few extra days.
