dude man, this has the makings of a really ballzac sucking scenario. On the one hand, there is an extremely seller, on the other, a really buyer. Neither one wants to bend, but the seller ran himself up a creek. So here's my solution.....Seller keeps his ****, buyer throws down negative feedback for the seller, and moves on. Seller maintains bad reputation on 7forum for a long time.

my point is, this rotoghey can keep his ****, even though he entered into a contract to sell it, and maintain a reputation for not keeping his word on this forum.

Pfft... freakin whiney *** buyer... I was gonna buy it for 45$ cash AND go pick it up myself today but Mike held his word for your lameass. ;P

I think he should've blown you off, especially for ****** 15$... that's not even worth the shipping man.

You're getting an 80$ part basically free (cost of shipping), no bitching!

Shut up he is Bond by Contract due to the Auction. You stop bitching. Thats what he gets for listing it with no Reserve. Tell him to quit being a baby and ship it out already.

indeed a good deal's a good deal, once it's sold it's sold there aint **** rotoboy can do but ship it, receive a negative feedback, or try to offer a refund.

Lameass? you're just mad cause i purchased it for $15.00 and you couldnt. It wasnt free, i spent a lot of time searching and waiting. And who said I didnt pay shipping?? Shipping was another $18.00 Like i said before, I did offer him more money, but he declined.

This tread wouldnt have happened if he shipped the item on the date promised or answered my emails and/or IMs. How would you feel if you came up on a good deal, paid for it, and waited 4 or 5 days... then the seller tells you he wants to keep the item and refund your money? Not so good I hope? unless you like those type of things...

I know Mike has a good rep. on the forum, thats why i purchased it from him. As a seller, you do NOT tell a buyer that youre going to keep the item and refund the buyer's money! especially not on a good deal AND especially not on Ebay! It just makes matters worst. The key thing here was bad communication!

Gary you are missing the point of the thread. The buyer is entitled to be "whiney" because regardless of the cost, the deal was finalized and payment was sent. But what really struck me as unethical was when the seller replied.

oo and i was in vegas looking for more engine adaptors to sell for 15 bux

The man sent his payment accordingly and the seller decides to talk siht about the buyer. WTF I've never seen siht like this before. I guess everyone is a though guy on the internet..

I was told you didn't have to pay shipping, that's why I brought it up.

And it's obvious he didn't MEAN to sell it for 15$ and you know it, he probably forgot to put a reserve for some reason and you took full advantage of that. So don't act like Mr. Perfect Buyer.

I'm not saying he didn't deserve it especially after turning down your other 60$ offer, that was a damn good offer, even with shipping. But you knew what you were getting into by bidding so cheap, so you can't go acting like you're completely innocent and never expected there to be a problem with getting it so cheap.

Which is why, if I was him, I would've done exactly that.. refund the money and eat the negative feedback but keep the part, 'cause you were already blasting his name all over this forum anyway.

bob is so

how is it bidders fault for winning an auction at a really low price? I guess nobody will ever bid on bob's auctions either.

If rotobotoyoto wanted to sell it for a certain price, he should have just sold it on the forums for that price. He should have known the risks before putting it up on ebay. Don't try to shift the blame onto the victim here.

Why your boy is crying over so little amount of $$ is beyond me. A reputation is worth much more then 40 or 50 bucks IMO. While he could have put this all behind him he decided to hold out sit on the part and cause an issue. What do you expect a buyer to do? When you win an Auction on Ebay do you send more money then what you won the item for because you got a good deal? NO! Its the whole point of bidding! Your so wrong on this point its rediculous and obvious to everyone but you.

The reason he didnt put a reserve is it costs more to list an item with a reserve. This would explain alot.

1. Your seller is a cheap *******
2. He cries and whines when it sells for below his expectations even though he could have paid more to list the item with a reserve.
3. This is why morons shouldnt be in business
4, I'd prefer he took the bad feedback to show what kinda person he really is.

Why are you hatin? wtf... I never said i was the perfect buyer. I did pay him immediately right after i won the bid and whats wrong with speeding up the process? whats wrong with buying something cheap? are you stupid or something?

Bob's a cheap****** too! Bob has to understand that poorboybeebeepoor probably made a $60 bid. It's not his fault that nobody else bid on it. PBB has done absolutely nothing wrong here. How can you blame the guy because rotopoopyboypoorboy just done phukt up? Just remember this: if you point the finger at someone else, there are three more pointing back at you.

btw, Bob's a huge
