guaging interest in S5 Vert

I'm thinking of selling my '91 vert and getting a '98 SLK. Anyone interested in my project vert, and if so, how much do you think it's worth?

Here's some info on Donna:

Paint = have to repaint

Carpet = ripped it out

Sounds = Sony MP3 head unit with IR **** remote, Sony Amp, Sony XPlod speakers, Kicker CompVR 12" Sub

Seats = Sparco Rev (pair) with Weapon R harnesses

Steering Wheel = Grant 3 spoke wheel

Exhaust = cat replacement pipe, Apex'i N1

Misc = Cusco underbrace (replaced the stock brace with this). El cheapo intake cone.

I think that's about it.

here's a bite. Not gonna lie here. The car is PERFECT!

ok. i'm lying.

The motor runs strong, but it just up and stalls every once in a while (not every day, maybe once every other week -- I drive it every day). The tranny was rebuilt last year, but second and reverse are a little stiff. Motor has 170k on it. It'll be a project car for anyone that wants to buy something like this. The seats, sounds, and other mods are a little head start on the project. I don't want anyone to think this is a pristine car or anything.
