How much does a body shop charge to paint a full kit? I jst bought one and will need it painted to match my TII..

 

I've heard recent estimates ranging from $350-$500. But, unless your paint is perfect glossy, the newer paint will will really bring out the existing paints imperfections.

it'll probably cost between 2-3K for a really good paint job....that's full...including sanding and such.

 

You get what you pay for. Have the whole car painted once the kit is installed.

 

They want 400 to paint just the kit.. $1800.00 or so to do the whole car in bc/cc

 

seems like you got better answers by calling around than asking around here.

 

I was just wondering if 400 was a fair price.. I guess it is.. When the paint cost around 100 bucks

 

well, you do get what you pay for. have you seen what the $400 paintjob looks like? Any idea if people that had paint done there had any problems with paint flaking or bubbling after? That's stuff I'd want to know about.
