Good tranny shop

where is a good tranny shop for the fd's 5 speed?

im pretty sure i need a rebuild. the throwout bearings are going soon for sure. as well as the 5th gear syncros. i dont know if it needs a complete rebuild. i hope not, that gets pricey. but i will do what needs to be done. i will also replace the clutch with a higher performance one. thanks for the input.
