Good rotary shop

I'm lookin for a rotary shop in two areas (I'll be moving eventually)

One, near SanJose, Cali (95123) and the other near Hanford, Cali.

The work I need done is

Auto to manual swap (I really don't want to do this myself as I don't have much experence at all with manuals and I'd rather have a "professionally" done job to "learn on" yes I haven't driven a stick much

Engine port job, dunno how much this costs atm, not a big deal, I've been thinkin bout rebuilding the engine.. so maybe have the shop do both, if they can't port it, maybe I'll have it rebuilt. I have some feeling I should get down n dirty and rebuild it myself

thats all, where I live currently I have no room at all for a tranny swap too, where I'm moving I'll have enough room to have 40 part cars in the back but I don't want to do the swap wrong, also I hear you have to weld n such.

Also any idea how much a shop would charge to do the swap? I'll be getting 2,500 dollars to dump into this car in a week or two

There are quite a few:
Rotorsport: http://rotorsport2.com/
Mr. Mazda: http://www.mrmazda.com/
Rick's Rotary Performace: http://www.ricksrotary.com

I'm sure some or all of these has been listed in the Norcal rotary shop thread stickied on the top of this section.

Just drive down there. Paul's an easy guy to deal with.

PR Motorsports is another good option, too.

I have no idea how much custom work like that has been done at Mr. Mazda (i usually just take my SE there for inspections, tune ups, and pretty much anything i can't do by myself or am just to lazy to do...) but Mike (the owner/mechanic) is AWESOME!! My 7 has been going there for at LEAST the last 15 years, and Mike is a great guy to work with.

haha, sorry, haven't changed my location yet. I only lived in Seattle for a couple years and really only had my 7 up there for about 6 months. I'm actually from Los Gatos...
