For 3 months, I've been waiting patiently for my car to be painted. Check on the car today and I felt disappointed. I notice peel in the engine bay, clear coat drops. The interior I see yellowish stuff. After seeing this, I decided to stop with the paint job and pay them whatever I owe them and take the car someplace else.

Here's what I"m i'm unhappy about:


I notice they didn't even sand down the engine bay, they primer it and paint it, I see PEELS.

I see yellow spots and some part are still montego blue!



Any place you guys recommend and have painted there before? I'm looking to pay around $2500-3000. That shouldn't be hard since everything is out.

I know just the guy. VERY meticulous work.

But considering the lack of prep work that goofy place did, there is going to first be labor to get it all down to a stable base, then he can make it to your expectations. He won't be able to confirm if what $ you're thinking will do it, be too much, or not enough until he see's it in person.

He's a good friend of FC3S/Robert and who painted his 2nd gen that got 2nd Place at the most recent 7Stock.
