Good NA Tuners?

Are there any good NA tuners in the socal or vegas area? I have a stock port engine with an AFC and I'd like to know who would be able to tune it to bring that extra 1-5 HP that i might get from this configuration. I'm looking for tuners who can improve my:

(In order of importance)

1. Gas Mileage
2. Reliability
3. Power

Anyone fit those criteria?

PM fumanchu, wackyracer, or DJDINO. They're good N/A tuners and will include a free smog as well.

I would also recommend Karack of Rotary Revolution, I am not sure he has specific NA tuning experience but he is an overall excellent mechanic.

Word, Ben (Karack) used to run an SAFC so i'm sure he knows how to tune with them. But like he told me a while back, does the slight increase in power on an NA warrant the cost of the street tune?

here's an idea, get a wideband like the lc1 for 200 bucks, add a cheap ebay gauge which the lc1 can run, then tune it yourself.
