-bad turbo
-some body damage (no frame damage)
-vacuum leak

Stuff included:
-whole interior
-all egr stuff, air pump etc, etc..
-fiero efan perfect for the radiator

a turbo will run you about 100-150, if it is registered and fairly clean then it is a good deal.
