Hello FD3ers

Does any one know a Gold Shield Smog Station that can do
repairs on the FD3 and then test it for smog?

I failed 3 times at Test Only Smog Stations.

I qualified for the CAP program but cannot find a Gold Shield
Smog Station that can do the repairs which consist of replacement
a O2 sensor wire and my new cat (both parts supplied by me).

Any referrals?
