Free ticket to the American Le Mans? HELL YEA!

So I’m in Arco/AM PM, buying my usual Red Bull before work and as I am paying I see a flier for the American Le Mans series Monterey, so I grab one and take a look. Just then the casher tells me, “come in this Friday and fill up your tank and we’ll give you a free ticket to the race”.

So what do you think I’m doing this Friday lol

Well I’m not sure what Arco/AM PM stores are doing this promotion, but if you’d like to get into the action the Arco I received this info at is the one on the corner of Grimmer and Auto Mall in Fremont.

I’m not sure what the stipulations are for getting the tickets (like if there is a minimum purchase) but anyone up for making this a group thing? All drive down to Laguna Seca together (Mazda raceway, appropriate right lol) I think it would be pretty bad ***.

Here is the link to the race:

Actually I am not sure but I bet my good buddy Google knows, so let me get back to you on that.

Come to think of it, the last Le Mans I went to 5 or so years ago, they did have the Star Mazda series, they are small Indy/Champ style cars with 13b's in them(Renesis engines). At the time I believe they were all P ported motors too, it was pretty awesome to see.

UPDATE:

So I added some info to my first post, link to the Laguna Seca website and the race schedule.

Along with the American Le Mans there will be, Playboy MX-5 cup and the Star Mazda series (like I said before rotary powered champ style cars).

Star Mazda car:

Is it a free friday practice & qualifying pass?

MAZDA has a P2 car sponsored by BP and Arco, our oil spill friends. It's not a front runner car but it is a damn nice car.
