Ive had what feels like a million RX-7s in the past. I was cleaning out my hard drive and found pictures of two of the FCs I had in the past. Heres some before and after shots....

Before:

This was either an '86 or '87, 5spd, sweet mesh wheels, nice paint, jdm mirrors and window visors my friend brought back for me from the mother land.



This one was an '87 GXL, lightened flywheel, RB headers, HKS exhaust, intake, lots of mods.




Both were fun cars until I found my new hobby....

yeah i heard Wan sent an email to jesse james @ monster garage. They were oringinally going to sell the FC he built for the show, but Wan told him it would be better if he simply took a gatling gun to it

Heres another FC that I sent to the pearly gates, aka crusher

I went to the local home improvement store and picked up a chinese guy (holding the saw) and two homies to help out. One of the homies left right after the picture because he's a (he's on this forum btw).

I couldnt find other pictures of the before shots but this is what it looked like I'd say 1-2 hours into the job. Faces were blurred because theyre too ugly.

That car was fun but I recycled it too. Shortly after, I bought my FD and havent bought anymore FCs because the FD sucks up all my money in gas! Where did you see my old TII? Its been a long time since I've had it.

Your brother told me about it a long time ago. 'Twas a pretty sad story. What kind of MPG are you getting on the FD right now?

 

Was a sad story but Im glad it happened because it led me to the FD. The best I ever got was an even 300 miles to the tank. Most of those 300 were freeway miles when I worked at the Beverly Center in L.A. most of the week. That kind of mileage isnt good for long commutes because you find yourself filling up at least twice a week I guess you gotta pay the cost to be the boss
