AAA is your best friend. If you aren't a member, find a friend who is and have him say its his car. It doesn't matter. Just call and request a flatbed, it may take a little longer, but I'm also in the N.E. area and have had flatbeds pull up in 10 min.

I've used a AAA flatbed to go from Highland Park to Atlantic Muffler and back. The truck even hung around so I didn't have to call again!

AAA doesn't allow tows to cars that don't have motors in them. But, I do appreciate Zerox7 offering up the truck, if your really down for it I'd appreciate the help and accept it. Let me know when your available, my car is on an upslope so I'd need to just push it up but once i get it up i'm down for renting a trailer and taking it.

BULLSHIT They towed my Rx2 back from the paintshop without a drivetrain in it!

Or.....keep the hood closed.

Agreed. There's really no limitations on their towing service. Well except for piggy backing on consecutive towing (towing your car 7 miles, then calling them again 30 mins later to tow another 7miles).
