i like the wheels, where did you get them, how much. Overall good progres... i like the lip...
you should of looked for the nonturbo aluminum hood in the junk yard, i would fit the car much better, at least cover the scoop hole from the inside of the hood....

i got the wheels from a friend...the amemiya scoop eliminator will clode the hood scoop, its used for when you go font mount. the hood is aluminum anyway and it came with the car. thanks for the commentary though ts appreciated

no it's not the same car. the other was an 86 gxl that i ruined on the touge. the paint is the next thing to come. if this car was at the junkyard it would so go home with me! funny to think the wheels look like volks...most people think they're SSR fins.

thanks man i appreciate it! i'm trying! i might get a friend's friend to do it. he guarantees good work(prep, primer, and paint) for about $1000. he lives in the valley somewhere.

 

in my experience, these situations never work out well. hope this one is different.

 

yeah i hope so too! well this guy's dad used to own a pait shop until someone broke in and i guess he let the business go. so in other words i guess he knows what he's doing. (again i hope!)
