Hello people. OK,IM fed up,whats the deal do all of the off the shelf manifold not fit FD or what. I just bought a manifold from a forum memberr that swor me up & down that he test fit itwith a T78 on his car & it fit fine,ok cool. I get home put it on my car & the ******* turbo flange is angled towards the the frame rail & the strut tower,there is no ******* way there was a T78 on there.

CX,megan,ebay,rotaryworks they all look identical, so do they all not work on FD chassis?????

What manifold are some of you guys using that works,im runing a basic GT35R nothing huge.......

Currently running HKS tubular with 35r - fits fine. Before that I had the ebay style supplied with the old rx7store kits, also no clearance issues with 35r. It was a bit tight with the stock lim to turbine housing due to the egr but ive since switched to a jdm lim and have plenty of room.

 

whats up mr. jackson. im running the aspec kit which fits very well of coarse with my 35r. i also had an old gotham kit that worked well with a 40r.

there is a thread on an inexpensive single manifold in the single turbo section. its a trackforged manifold and looks pretty damn nice actually. there is also a member in that thread selling one so maybe you can pick it up pretty cheap. his member name is carolina cat inthe thread. GL

 

CX and Rotary-works are the same.I work with them and i design both headers for the companies.IF you want one custom i can do that too but will need your car for best fitment.
