Emmision laws in California?

Im going to school in California for the fall. I was just wondering can I take my 68 buick with no emmisions controls or possible chance of passing California emmision testing? Are 30 year old cars exempt there,or do I need not to worry since its regestered in Missouri while in school?

Your car is old enough and registered out of state. Both of those reasons make it CA smog exempt.
