cought driving on suspended DL
Yep i got cought because i was 2 monthes behind on the registration so i get pulled over and i tell the cop i have no DL at the moment as i'm waiting for the paper work to be mailed to me from the DMV. I lost my DL from a DUI. My question is do you think they will fine me AND continue the suspension for another year ? I hope not. I hate drivng w/o a DL.

They will prolly fine you, I have heard it is $1500 for your circumstances. And they can add a 1 year suspension on top of it. It is very serious to drive on suspended DUI license. I hope no jail time. And this will add point(s) to your DMV which creates other problems too..... You do not want to sit in the drivers seat of a car when ur license is suspended.

Driving with a suspended license is a serious violation, and a big fine. It will stay on your driving record for at least 7 years. You should consider yourself lucky that they didn't take your car ......... PERMANENTLY. They can legally do that.
If you got convicted for the DUI more than 4 months ago, you should be able to get a drivers license back with an SR22 form ......... unless this was not your first DUI.

Hobby, Wing chun/Kung fu.
First of all when did a drunk driver have style and class? Joke to list occupation as drug dealer, Scum of the earth. So is he a drunk on crack, that would explain the stupidity of driving drunk.
Wacky knows my stand on this subject.
I say he can test his wing chun/kung fu skills on me. If he wins, hell i'll let him drive my car.
Chris, i feel like having your jacket run just to post your background on the forum.
I now know you understand how stupid it was to post what you did. Maybe you will also
face the music, take whatever your punishment you get. Which i hope is a huge fine and
continuation of a suspened license. Maybe this way when you are on the bus riding to work you have plenty of time to think about the stupidity of driving drunk or under the influence of anything. To the rest of you fellow members. I hope all of you that read this post realize if you want to go out and get plastered. That is no big thing, but either get a cab home or have a sober person drive you home or stay home and get plowed. But if you drink and drive and
get caught without hopefully killing someone innocent in the meantime. You deserve a whole
lot of hurt and punishment. Just my 2 cents on the subject.
