CA Central California rotary rebuilds?

Hello I am getting the money soon to finally have my rotary motor rebuilt or rebuild it myself. I parked it almost 2 years ago to replace the pulastion dampener and go premix. I needed a car to get to work so i picked up a cheap car. Well almost 2 years later i am going to rebuild or have it rebuilt. I am looking for someone that has experience rebuilding rataries. I am pretty handy and know alot about the car and am considering doing myself but would like soemone that knows what they are doing to help me. If not I could just probably pay to get it rebuilt. The motor need new oil seals i know they were going out. The motor has been in my garage th whole time out of the car. If anyone can point me in the right direction i would apperciate it. I also need the tranny rebuilt if someone knows where i can get that done let me know please. I have been out oif the rotary loop for a while. Thank you.
