Question uh, helmets?

So what's the deal with helmets? How strict on that are the techs? I still need to get one... I see according to the rules that the helmet must have a label on the inside of it that reads Snell 2000 or better. Anyone have one I can borrow?

Also, are you guys going to get together before/after for food? What time are you guys going to be there, we should meet up, etc. I've never been out to a dragstrip before, so I could use some guidance Even if I can't race (if the techs deem my car unracable), I'll be videoing.

you late bloomer . that motor was built by the almighty SIDEPEX. Still runs with 90-95 PSI on both rotors despite close to 10 years of daily abuse. Shall I say its time for a 13-B full bridge...

I've been told that 12-A is for pussies

Thats the reason why I stop going to CA Speedway. Got to be there before 8 for tech inspection, first run around 10:30, then lunch break. Consider yourself lucky if you get more than 10 runs before closing.

10 Runs! All you need is one because that's all your motor is going to be able to handle before it grenades.

PS. Ten runs is really good considering if your lucky you can get 3 runs in at Irwindale with only 1/8 mile to boot.

No more excuses, pull your panties up and get that rx3 out to the track. Everytime I go out there it's all honda's, evo's, and STi's. We need to bring the rotary back to the game and show these clowns whats up. I know talk is cheap but as soon as my duece is running I'll be out there and you can take that to the bank!

I'm thinking about going. What time do you guys plan to be there? Anyone want to meet up before? I'm coming from 91745.

Is this track as sticky as Irwindale?

BS. I used to get over a dozen runs at LACR @ wednesday & friday nights and I did it with the same motor for many years. If the motor is done right, it should last like my chiquita.
